Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders above $100.00 across Canada. All delivery dates are estimates and not a guarantee. Please ensure to fill out all your information accurately and completely to avoid shipping delays. Urban Eyecare reserves the right to refuse free shipping, returns and/or exchanges to certain customers if the policies are being abused.
Return and Exchanges
For purchases made through our online shop site, all unopened or unmarked boxes of contact lenses can be exchanged within 6 months of its expiration date. All returned products must be the original packaging and in resalable condition. All eye drops, solutions and other health products are non-refundable. All shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns and exchanges require original sales receipts. All sales are final. No exchange or refund is provided for change of mind. You will be in charge of the shipping costs for all exchanges/ returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
